The principal field in the Seram Non-Bula Block is the Oseil Field. The Oseil field is located in the Seram Non-Bula PSC area on the island of Seram about 300 kilometers east of the city of Ambon. The field is located inland from the northeast coast of the island. The block contains the Oseil oilfield and surrounding structures that have produced cumulative crude oil production of 12,130,226 barrels since initial field start-up in January 2003 through to 31 January 2014.  Copyright © 2015 Petrogulf S.A.K. All rights reserved The Seram Non-Bula Block is now located on Seram Island,  Indonesia.  Under   the  Production  Sharing Contract, the total area is about 4,572 square  kilometers. The current operator is CITIC owning 51% with KUFPEC and Petrogulf owning  30% and 6.5% respectively in the Seram (Non- Bula) PSC plus the remaining  2.5% owned by Lion Energy. GPI is the first private sector Kuwaiti Company to  have JV operations with UFPEC (a govt. of Kuwaiti enterprise) and CITIC (a govt.  of china enterprise).
